There were 3 people in the lobby at the same time all upset and regretting their decision as well. Upon arriving we were told we have to have insurance in order to rent a vehicle but they “didn’t accept” my insurance (State Farm) so the only option was to purchase theirs which was around $40 a day ON TOP of the toll pass that he said “we had to have” for another $20 a day! We didn’t have to drive through any tolls during our entire trip so it makes no sense to have to spend the extra money.
